How does one ‘change the way’ you ask?

Here at JAG, our aim is to project the Company as modern, innovative and cost effective.  We are an independent agency and very internet savy.  The internet never stops, and neither will we, striving ahead to be the best we can be and the one you can count on.  We will be selling residential property using state of the art technology to maximize results.

Commencing in September 2007 when two sales people from opposing real estate agencies decide to join forces.  The name JAG stemmed from the initial of their first names (Jenny And Geof) and their signs quickly became a familiar sight around the hills of Kalamunda, a place where they both lived in.   Together, they have a combined 20+ years selling experience in the real estate industry. 

In 2009 the company doubled its sales staff by bringing on board two mature age people with backgrounds in tennis coaching/bank director and finance broking.  Our new sales staff are very self motivated and are proving to be excellent ambassadors to JAG.

From our humble home office beginnings, JAG expanded to commercial premises at 29 Foxton Boulevard, Jacaranda Springs Estate, High Wycombe after 2 years of operation.  Intending always to begin small to allow the company time to develop and grow a strong customer base from residential sales. 

The commercial premises in High Wycombe proved only to be for four months and we soon found ourselves looking for alternative premises.  It was at that point that we realised the agency was already running successfully from our home office in Gooseberry Hill, that we returned.

The JAG team strives to impress its clients by consistently delivering the results one comes to expect.  We remain strong by maintaining low overheads and very competitive selling fees.  This is a major advantage we have over our larger competitors and one that our clients appreciate greatly.
